1. Acceptance

By registering and using this site, you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the site.

2. Account registration

To register for a contest or exhibit an artwork, you need to create an account with real, verified information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs from your account.

3. Artworks and copyright

• By uploading an artwork, you declare that you are its original author and that you hold all rights to it.
• You retain ownership of your artwork at all times — you do not transfer it to the Gallery by participating.
• You authorize us to display it in the site's public Gallery (and in promotional material for the contests) only if you request it and the exhibition is approved.
• Artworks that infringe third-party rights or contain offensive or illegal content are not admitted.
• Plagiarism or copying someone else's work will result in the removal of the registration and may lead to additional sanctions.

4. Registration and payments

Some contests require a per-artwork registration fee, specified in the rules of each call. The payment is manually confirmed by our team after reviewing the receipt you upload — the registration is not approved until that review takes place. The amounts and deadlines for each contest are subject to the rules published for that specific call. Registrations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

5. Jury and results

Each contest's results are decided by a specialized jury, whose judgment is final. The Gallery reserves the right to disqualify artworks that do not comply with the contest rules.

6. Acceptable use

We expect the community to treat one another with respect: bullying, insults, or offensive language toward artists, judges, or organizers will not be tolerated. The site is intended exclusively for contest participation and the exhibition of artwork — spam or self-promotion unrelated to art is not allowed. Information and artwork shared within the platform must not be disclosed without the express authorization of their authors or the organization. Debate and criticism are welcome, as long as they're expressed respectfully and constructively. Using the site for fraudulent purposes, attempting to breach its security, or impersonating another person is also not allowed.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the site.
